Introduction to Digital Photography
Designed for those who love taking snaps on their digital compact camera but would like to progress to the next level. This course will show you some of the settings on your camera where you can take control over the final photograph and gives you tips on composition, special effects and avoiding red-eye and blurred images.
We'll give you plenty of practical ideas to get you started with creative photography.
Digital Photograph Manipulation
This course covers a wide range of topics that take the images that we've taken and work on them digitally to create or improve on the shots. We will cover topics such as colour correction, cropping for printing, resizing large images, removing red-eye, turning photos to black and white and many other subjects.
This is designed for those who are new to image processing on computers and will help to rescue shots that went wrong and to get the most out of photos you treasure.
Photographing Products for eBay
With more and more people now selling their unwanted items on eBay as well many making some extra money trading, it's true what they say about a picture saying a thousand words.
We'll help you to take photographs that will jump out on the auction sites and help you sell your items, without the need for expensive studio equipment or complex set-ups.
All of our courses last for half a day and run on weekends during the year. The cost of each course is £60 and places are limited to six people to ensure that we can cover everyone's needs during the day. Refreshments and course notes are all provided and we are also happy to answer any questions that you have both during the course and any that you think of when you get home.
